National Nap Day!



Yes, that's right March 12th is National Nap Day 

Little info about national Nap Day is always falls the day after daylight savings time. This is for everyone to catch up on the hour of sleep lost due to our spring forward with the time changes. Well, are you kidding me people need naps because of a time changes!  It all started back in 1999 when Camile Anthony and her husband William Anthony, Ph.D., a Boston University Professor created this holiday in effort to spotlight the health benefits to catch up on quality sleep.  

Studies say that a need rest can make you feel better and improve your mood. They do say just that short 10 -  20-minute nap is the most effective when you get most tired during mid-day. Now trying to convince your boss about this mid nap is crazy no job is going to let everyone catch up on that miss sleep. So, it's just crazy to have this national nap day crap if you ask me.  

Did everyone get their nap in today? Because I know I sure didn't get mine today!
